Schobertechnologies is bringing a complete lineup of cutting and stacking equipment for the production of in-mold labels (IML) to Labelexpo Southeast Asia. The RSM IML product line will be on display when the show takes place in Bangkok from May 8-10, 2025.

The company will highlight four product lines, including a rotary diecutting and perforating module for processing multiple blisters in one sheet or as an individual package, made out of various materials – such as PVC and PET.

Meanwhile, Schobertechnologies will highlight a high-capacity rotary diecutting module with a high precision magnetic cylinder and quick lifting device, designed for web widths up to 1,000mm and cylinder repeats up to 48”.

A punching module with an integrated slitter will also be on display. This product has been engineered for corner rounding for tea-tags and bags. The immediate length cut after punching enables an extremely precise alignment of the punching profile.

Finally, Schobertechnologies has developed built-in and drop-in punching modules with new generation line hole punching tools and a punch waste removal device. This product has been designed for integration in almost every narrow web printing press.
